Holmfirth Art & Music was formed in 2007 with the aim of supporting and encouraging the development of art and music in Holmfirth and the Holme Valley by raising the profile of the area as an art and music destination.

In 2008 we launched the first Holmfirth Arts Festival and in 2009 we helped launch the first Holme Valley Brass Band Weekend.

In 2010 we converted to Holmfirth Art & Music Limited, a company limited by guarantee, and are in the process of applying for charitable status.
